What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email address, and profile photo if you upload one.
- Information you enter into the assessment, tools, calculators, and forms on this site.
- Learning activity: courses started, lessons completed, resources saved, and certificates earned.
- Billing records for memberships and one-time purchases (card details are handled by our payment processor, never stored by us).
- Basic technical data such as device type, browser, and pages visited.
Why we use it
- To give you access to your account, membership, and the content you’ve paid for.
- To personalise recommendations based on your assessment results and progress.
- To send service messages, and — only if you’ve opted in — webinar reminders and new-content notices.
- To improve our courses, tools, and site.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers or financial figures with advertisers. We do not send your data to third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing. They only receive what they need to perform that service, and they may not use it for anything else. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can request deletion of your account at any time from the Account section of the member portal, and we’ll remove what we’re not legally required to keep.
Your choices
- Update your name, photo, and email preferences in the member portal.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
- Request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by contacting us.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the member portal will stop working.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify members by email.
